i forgot how hot southeast texas was!!! everytime i walk outside i think im going to die of heatstroke (and im not just being dramatic).

its pretty crazy to me that its almost been a year since i graduated highschool. i dont even feel like i know that person who walked across the stage and recieved her diploma when my name was called. my life has taken a totally different path than most of my classmates, but i am really thankful it has. I feel so much more focused than a year ago and so excited to see what the next years bring. i was reading my kauper english journal and i had to laugh about some of the things that i wrote. its pretty insane when you look back and see all the seriously dumb stuff that highschool students worried or even cared about. im so glad those days are far behind me. i have some great memories and definatley miss a couple of people, but for the most part im glad that part of my live is over.
